All core functions of the App, including text-to-image generation, image style redrawing, image-to-video generation, creative parameter customization, and local work storage, can be used directly by all users without submitting any personal identification information. We adhere to the core service principle of “local processing, zero sensitive data upload, full user privacy autonomy”. All creative processing behaviors are completed locally on your device, and we do not actively collect, upload, store, or share any user personal data in the cloud. Specifically, Xulacg does not collect, store, process, or access any user facial information in any scenario. The App will not scan, identify, extract, or analyze facial features, facial data, or any biometric information related to the user’s face, whether during text-to-image creation, image-to-image transformation, video generation, or local work saving. This rule applies to all usage scenarios of the App, including uploading local photos for creative processing, entering text prompts for image generation, and producing dynamic video works from still images.
From the moment you open Xulacg to the moment you close it, your creative journey remains entirely under your own control. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, social media account, or any other identity-related details. There is no hidden background profile built around your usage habits, and there is no server-side user database associated with your device. Every creative action you take inside the App is treated as a private, standalone activity that belongs only to you. We do not collect user facial information at any point in this process, and that commitment is permanent and unconditional across every feature the App provides.
All data involved in the use of Xulacg is only processed and stored locally on the user’s mobile device, and will not be transmitted to any external server or third-party platform for the purpose of building user profiles or storing personal records. We only process non-sensitive user creative content authorized by you, and all processing behaviors are completely based on your independent operation and authorization. When you use the App’s text-to-image, image-to-image, and image-to-video functions, you may independently upload local photos and picture materials stored on your device, or enter descriptive text prompts for creative generation. These uploaded image materials and text inputs are only used for real-time creative rendering and style generation on your local device to complete your customized creative works.
We do not automatically read, scan, or obtain any local pictures, albums, or files on your device without your active upload operation. The App does not run background scans of your photo library, and it does not index or catalog your personal media without your explicit selection each time. We do not collect any facial information contained in your uploaded pictures. Even if the uploaded photos contain facial elements, the App only performs overall style conversion, frame optimization, and dynamic rendering of the entire picture, and will not independently identify, extract, store, or analyze facial information in the pictures. All prompt words you input for creation are only cached locally for algorithm matching and creative continuity during your session, without remote uploading or permanent cloud storage. Xulacg never treats facial content as a separate data category to be parsed, and we never build facial models or facial templates from your materials under any circumstances.
You can independently customize creative parameters such as image aspect ratio, creative style presets, video aspect ratio, video duration, and quantity settings in Xulacg. All parameter setting data are only saved locally on your device to facilitate subsequent reuse and adjustment during your creative workflow. We do not collect, count, or analyze your creative parameter preferences for profiling purposes, and we do not use your style choices to build recommendation models tied to your identity. Every ratio selection, every style tap, and every duration adjustment remains a local preference record that exists solely to improve your personal creative experience on your own device.
All generated creative works, including stylized images produced through text-to-image and image-to-image functions, as well as dynamic short videos created through image-to-video generation, are automatically saved in the local work library of your device. The local work library is fully private and exclusive to you; we have no authority to access, view, browse, or store your local works on any remote system. You can preview, manage, and organize these works within the App’s gallery at any time. Even if works contain facial elements as part of the overall image composition, relevant content only exists locally under your full control, and Xulacg does not perform facial recognition, facial tagging, or facial indexing on any saved work. We do not collect user facial information from generated results, source uploads, or stored creative files at any stage of the creative pipeline.
All data and creative content generated during your use of Xulacg are stored locally on your personal device, with no cloud synchronization, no automatic backup to external servers, and no background upload programs running without your knowledge. Every operation on data is fully controlled by you, and the App is designed so that you remain the sole administrator of everything it creates and stores. You enjoy complete management rights over local data: you can preview, reuse, export, share, or delete local works at any time through the App’s built-in gallery and system-level sharing tools. You can also clear the App’s local cache and temporary processing files through your device’s system settings whenever you choose.
Once data is deleted by you, it will be fully erased from your device and cannot be recovered by us, because we never maintain a copy elsewhere. Temporary files created during the generation process, including intermediate rendering buffers and preview thumbnails, are handled locally and can be cleared along with other App data. Throughout the entire storage lifecycle, from initial upload to final saved work to deletion, we never gather user facial information in any form. Xulacg does not retain facial snapshots, facial embeddings, or facial metadata in cache, logs, or persistent storage, and no facial data survives a user-initiated deletion action on your device.
Xulacg will never share, disclose, transmit, or sell any user-related data to any third-party individuals, enterprises, or institutions. Since we do not collect user personal information or creative content for remote storage, no data sharing of personal creative archives will occur during service use on our side. The built-in sharing and export functions are purely local operations initiated by you voluntarily. When you actively export and share works to other platforms, messaging apps, or social channels, those actions are performed through your device’s standard sharing interface, and we do not obtain, intercept, or record the shared content or the destination of your share.
We take no responsibility for privacy risks brought by your active sharing behavior to external platforms, as those destinations operate under their own rules outside of Xulacg. Xulacg does not integrate third-party statistical tools, advertising trackers, behavioral analytics SDKs, or social login plug-ins that would collect personal identifiers. All core creative workflows and local storage run without third-party data collection participation. Regardless of whether you share a portrait-style image, a landscape creation, or a dynamic video clip, Xulacg itself does not collect user facial information before, during, or after any sharing action you initiate, and we do not receive copies of shared content on any backend system.
Under the no-account, fully localized model, you hold absolute control over all your privacy and creative content. You decide whether to upload local images, whether to enter text prompts, how to design creation styles, and how to adjust all creative parameters freely without any preset constraints imposed by a remote account system. You can manage local works and cache at will, close the App to discard unsaved drafts, and clear all temporary data at any time through normal device management. No remote administrator can access your gallery, reset your preferences, or recover deleted works from our side, because those records are never held by us in the first place.
We will never retain your creative data or personal information forcibly, and there is no mechanism by which Xulacg locks your content behind an account or transfers it to a cloud library without your action. You may stop using the App at any time and remove all associated local data through uninstallation or manual cache clearing. We reiterate that facial information will never be collected or processed in any link of use, including image upload, prompt-based generation, style application, video rendering, gallery browsing, export, or deletion. Your face-related content, if present in any image you choose to process, is treated only as part of the whole picture for artistic transformation, never as identifiable facial data subject to separate handling.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to match App function optimizations, feature additions, and product experience improvements. The latest policy version will be displayed inside Xulacg for regular viewing by users through the Settings page and the first-launch notice flow. All updates will always stick to the core privacy protection standard described in this document, and will never add new personal data collection behaviors, new categories of sensitive information gathering, or new remote storage practices for user content.
The rule of never collecting user facial information remains unchanged permanently across all future versions. No update to this policy will introduce facial scanning, facial detection for identification, facial feature extraction, or facial biometric storage in any form. All product iterations take local offline processing and zero sensitive data upload as the bottom line. When the policy is updated, the revised version will replace the previous version within the App, and users can review the current text at any time without needing to provide personal information to access it.
